Have a team currently working Kanban style, but with a backlog to keep a future list of any needs that cannot be prioritized in the immediate present. There are some items that have been moved to the board from the backlog outside of the agreed upon planning session, but I am unable to tell which items these are to be able to appropriately address them. Is there a field, column in reporting, etc. that would showcase the date an item is moved from the backlog into the board?
