Similarity of the new tasks existing opened

Hi,

The goal of the project; To determine the similarity of the new tasks opened in phase1 with the existing open tasks, to identify the similarity of the tasks opened in phase 2 with the tasks solved in the past. How can we solve this solution? or what is the correct add-on?

Can you describe the "similarity" in your case?

What exactly you want to compare?

For example, issues with the same "summary" and "description" - is the same, with no mean of "reporter" etc.
