how to install and configure SAML Single Sign-On plugin version 2.6.2 for JIRA.

I want install and configure  SAML Single Sign-On plugin version 2.6.2 for Jira service desk and it is a intranet application. So I downloaded the Jar file seprately from https://marketplace.atlassian.com/.

Please let me know the further steps to install and configure the SSO.
