The latest version of PostgreSQL that is supported by Bitbucket Server is 11, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/supported-platforms-776640981.html#Supportedplatforms-databasesDatabases

Hi,

Even if Bitbucket Server might start with a PostgreSQL 12 database, it would not be a supported platform, so Atlassian Support would not be able to assist you in any way in case you run into issues.
