Upgrade Jira 8.0.2 to Jira 8.7.1

Hello. I can not upgrade Jira 8.0.2 (SEN-13502134) to Jira 8.7.1. I get massage "Your current database version won't be supported. " What should I do?

From what I can see your instance is running on the integrated H2 database. I am not sure if upgrades using that database are possible without any friction.

From documentation it is advisable to switch to a supported database (f.e. PostgreSQL in a supported version).

it's hard to say while we do not know any details about your infrastructure - but the error message suggests some relation to the database.

Which database type and which version is currently installed on your server?
