Zephyr for JIRA - attachments added on test steps do not appear after uploading

Hello. I am attaching JPG screenshots to some test steps in Zephyr for JIRA, however they are not being displayed. The attachment seems to upload successfully, but there is no way to view it once it has been uploaded. We are using JIRA version 6.0 with Zephyr for JIRA version 1.7.3.1043

We are having another problem. Have Zyphyr for JIRA Version 1.7.3.1043 with JIRA v6.1.

We can attach documents when executing a test, however when you attempt to open the doc you get an error: Invalid attachment path.

I emailed for help at the end of January but have not had a response.
