not sure how can I install Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, Problem, Demand, and Project Mgt with my current license. Hope its sufficient for us to try or use as applicable.
Are you using Jira Service Desk?
Have you tried creating a Service Desk Project using the IT Service Desk template?
I have this same problem. I tried creating a new Service Desk but there is nothing pre-built for Change.
