In a JIRA project, how to configure the DoD field values with in the Description field. I mean, the description field should have the DoD list values within it.
You can't add checklists directly to the description field.
You can add bullet points or a numbers listed.
If you want a user updatable checklist, I suggest you look at one of the checklist addons for Jira. There are a few in the marketplace.
