Is there any way to stop URL encoding in the query parameters of Jira URL?

Is there any way to stop URL encoding in the query parameters of Jira URL? Often it is coming as %2F in the URL which I want to get rid of.

Hi,

are you sure the URLs are working without encoding? %2F is a forward slash & should probably be encoded...
