End Point Not Found Exception when connecting to Jira

Hi All, Getting a EndPointNotFoundException when connecting to JSD through c#.  My code looks like

var jira = new Jira("http://10.999.999.99:8080/secure/Dashboard.jspa", "loginid", "loginpw");

IssueStatus status = jira.GetIssueStatuses().FirstOrDefault(x => x.Name == "Resolved");

and the exception message

I have using Atlassian.Jira; in the directives.  

Could someone kindly show me what I'm doing wrong?  Failure pops up on the 2nd statement.

Found out SOAP is no longer supported by JSD.  Switch to REST instead.
