How can I export the network (of followers/following) in Confluence

We want to do some analysis on social connections among our users. Is there anyway that I can get the data to work with?

Just being curious, is this feature (follwers/following) really used in your instance?

it is lightly used. I'm running a comparison of different internal tools to try to shed light on who uses what and why.
