Hi,

we want to show the name of the company in the username.

What is the best way to do?

How does Atlassian do?

We simply add the text "[Atlassian]" as part of our name. There's no magic. For example, in Confluence where it asks for my full name, I enter "Sarah Maddox [Atlassian Technical Writer]".
