login details not getting recorded for jira user

Question

Scenario:

I logged in successfully with user USER1 then I logout

Now when I login through Jira-Admin account and filter USER1 in User Browser I can see all the options for USER1 except Login Details column; shows Not recorded

How to fix it.

Can you please try to login on other user account see whether the problem is also the same ? Have you try to re-create the USER1 again ? Besides, is there any changes you have made recently ?
