Hi David

Check a few things.

* If you have the permission to view the issues i.e. you can view them in JIRA
* If the board has been configured correctly i.e. board filter retrieves the appropriate project and issuetypes etc.
* Check for the filter permissions.
* Check for board permissions

It should be one of these issues.

Check your board filter includes issues that are open.
