Activity table has no data in the Jira database

I am trying to measure when an issue's workflow is updated, for example, an issue moved from "On Hold" to "In Progress". In the issue on the activity tab, that information is shown with a date and time of that update.

I have access to the database and I figured that data would be stored in the public.AO_563AEE_ACTIVITY_ENTITY table.

However, that table is empty. So is there something I am missing, or is this data stored somewhere completely different.

Hi there,

If I am not mistaken, it should be stored somewhere around os_currentstep table, os_currentstep_prev table and os_historystep table.

For the change of other items, mainly editing, it is captured in another two tables.
