How do i make a conditional field

I want to create a costum filed that give me a user name based on the variable on another field

for example type admin when the other field is A

and type Mike when the other field is B

For the above your would need an add-on.

Scriptrunner using behaviors function this allows you right scripts that can pull and set specific field value based on the script.
Dynamic Form: allows you create custom rules and field/form behaviour.

There may be other ones that are available at the atlassian marketplace however these are the first 2 that come to mind.
