Are there examples (REST) on how to display remote issue links

Hi,

We would like to display remote issue links as part of a report/filter. However, it looks like the issue navigator in JIRA doesnt display remote links. We are using JIRA and Confluence on demand. Any plugins/techniques to render a report with this information in a nice table in confluence or JIRA?
