Problems with Jira setup

After finishing a setup of Jira, browser shows me the link http://localhost:8080/secure/SetupMode!default.jspa with blank page. What I did wrong?

what happens after you restart jira?

Check the log files, there will be some pointers to the reason why you are facing this issue.
