Can we edit jira's inbuilt workflow error dialog box?
Can we edit header and body content?
If you have Server, you can amend the .jsp and velocity files that generate them, but I'd strongly recommend not doing that, as it leaves you unsupported (and they're a fiddle, you have to work hard to do much with them)
