Just before only I created atlassian free account. It says it will expiry in 30 days. But I' seeing that atlassian is free for 10 users lifetime. And also I have created it for Non profit organisation.Please do guide me?

Yes you are right. After the trial period, your plan will update to the Free plan which includes 10 users. See https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/pricing for more details.
Is there a way to just get the 10 user and skip agreeing to some plan you do not want?
