Custom WIP limit on scrum board

Hi, I am trying to incorporate the WIP limit constraint on my scrum board specially to limit the number of tasks that bundle up in the review column of our board.

 

Is it possible for me to put constraints on this column such that -

1) every story can have only 2 tasks in review column 

or

2) only at max 2 stories can have tasks in review column

 

i am okay to implement any of the above. 

i am not just sure how any of the above can be done or if they can be done.
