I take the liberty of coming to you for advice.

I am looking for a paid module that will allow:

-Translate the customer portal into several languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish).

-Customers have a quota of support hours per year. I am looking for a module that will allow me to define a quota of hours per customer per year and track the time spent per customer.
