NEW Users redirect to admin page

Question

Hi,

Non-admin NEW users that trying to access Confluence login page are redirected to the admin webpage (/confluence/admin)

I've tried the following:

* Flush Confluence User Properties in the cache management
* Restart the instance (Confluence install as a service in our Cloud)
* Search significant changes in the audit log

Still - users are suffering from the issue I've mentioned and can't reach the login webpage to access Confluence

Started experiencing this issue ourselves, 7.1 with postgres, standard installation without proxys.

@Minh Tran one more thing - users are managed in LDAP
I don't know if might it obligate over the relevant group they're assigned to
