"Create Linked Issue" didn't work in Dashboard and Agile Boards

Hi

Do you have any idea why "Create linked issue" didn't work neither in Dashboards nor agile boards?

I check this on 7.13, 8.2 and 8.6 version of JIRA and It doesn't give any message in the atlassian-jira.log file.
