No, there's not a way to change the order of labels. Mostly because the labels are all assigned a shortcut key

bad answer anyway. Is there a way to suggest this kind of thing to @[deleted] people in order to get a next better version of the software? maybe the ability to disabled shorcuts for colours and drag and drop the colours when you click labels, so simple, users don't even need an explanation, just the drag and drop symbol at the left or the right of colours, as you wish, but please, listen the community,

It will be a simple very great next feature

Totally agree - want to group them by order that makes sense to me. PLEASE make it WYSIWYG

@atlasian Please make the labels at least order alphabetically! Then everyone could control the order by having some number prefix, like "1 High", "2 Medium", "3 Low".
