How to configure Jire Service Desk so that e-mail requests coming from specific domains reach specific products?
Do you have a specific example in mind?
I would like the application from user1@domain1.com, user2@domain1.com, user3@domain1.com ... to go to the DOM1 project,
user1@domain2.com, user2@domain2.com, user3@domain2.com ... -> DOM2,
user1@domain3.com, user2@domain3.com, user3@domain3.com ... -> DOM3,
and from other domains is a project, for example BOK.
