How do I download an attachment with the Issue Key in Jenkins?

I'm trying to download an attachment in a Issue in a Jenkins Pipeline.

I have the Jira Steps plugin but I can download only with the attachment id.

How can Jenkins , with the Issue Key input like ITC-88 download the attachment(s) ?
