Jira user not exist

I don't have a user in Jira seems. Can you please help me to create a user and reset password?

Can i ask .....Are you using Jira software Server or cloud?

In both the Jira server or cloud, you can ask your Jira admin/site admin to create user or send an invitation for accessing the Jira cloud.
