How to enable strip quote in JSD.
We have that option in Software while adding incoming mail handler. How to add strip quote while using Jira service desk.

I am also having trouble finding that setting, even though I found it yesterday.

On System>Mail>Incoming Mail.
If you have a Mail Handler created, click on Edit. Click on Next and the strip quote option will be there (just a checkbox)
