Recommendation for consulting

Question

We've been having some serious stability issues with one of our Jira installations.  The technical lead who was supporting it has moved on to another job.  We'd like to engage an Atlassian partner who can come do a few things:

1) Evaluate the hardware and software environment and usage to determine if sizing and other configuration parameters are appropriate.

2) Evaluate the extensions and customizations within Jira to determine if any may be problematic.

3) Give general guidance, advice and direction based upon our use of Jira.

The group that has inherited the platform has very little experience with Atlassian, and has asked me for help with selecting someone to work with.  I know you may not recommend specific partners, but if there is a short list that would be qualified to help us with this, it would be very beneficial to us.  We are looking for someone with a good presence in the US.

Hi, can you give more information in terms of what you are looking for? Will you be looking into upgrading JIRA? Do you host your own instance internally or from an external host?

There are lots of partners that will be able to do what you need.

However, for your needs, it sounds like you need either managed hosting offsite or onsite, so then a team can manage your instance, monitor it and help you adapt it as it grows. On top of this, you'd like general consulting to work on workflows, project configuration etc.

Is there anything I've missed?
