Getting Customer Request Type Category Name?

Hi guys, is there a way to get Customer Request Type Category Name? 

On of my customers needs it and my knowledge ending with issue.get("customfield_13918")?.name where the 13918 is Customer Request Type custom field.

But I need to handle the Category name and store it into the issue.

Is it possible without querying DB?

Funny. Another customer need this, so I google for solution and founded my unanswered question from year ago. Great.
