Question about JIRA Porfolio

Is there an ability in JIRA Portfolio to do the following in a single view.  This would allow us to assign resources according to their availability.

Project 1/ Sprint 1 (Active sprint)- Resource assigned 100 Percent of their time

Project 2 /Sprint 2 - (Active sprint) Resource assigned 100 Percent of their time

Project 1 /Sprint 3 - (Future sprint) Resource is working 20 percent of their time on 2 tasks  Can we assign them to work on the remaining 60 percent in this future sprint 3?

JIRA Portfolio has the concept of teams. Each resource/team member can belong to multiple teams with a different availability for each team. For example, John can belong to team Mars, Venus and Jupiter. John has 38 hours availability per week. You can dedicate John 40% of the time to team Mars, 40% to team Venus and 30% to team Jupiter. Then at the Epic/Story level, you can set which team works on the task. Irrespective of which Sprint you schedule in, John's availability is considered as allocated.
