but Documentation:No configurations found for this issue，cannot create article
Atlassian tools do not have anything I would describe as "page configuration" or "page content configuration", and issues simply can't exist without being configured first, so "no confiurations found" is not an Atlasian error message.Could you explain in more detail? What Atlassian application is it and where are you seeing these problems?
