How can I copy the incidents from one project to another?

I have a Project with epics and tasks, I want to copy them to another project.

If you want to copy then use the Clone feature under the ellipses in the top right corner. If you want to move them to another project then use the Move feature in the same location.

I cant see the ellipses in the top right corner. in which window are the ellipses

You can see this in the detailed issue view of a single issue.
