I have a "docker: command not found" and "npm: command not found"

I have this pipliens file: image: node:10.15.3 pipelines: default: - step: caches: - node script: - npm install - step: deployment: production script: - pipe: atlassian/sftp-deploy:0.5.2 variables: USER: $USER SERVER: $HOST REMOTE_PATH: $PATH PASSWORD: $PASSWORD (problem with editor, sorry for tab space, in original file spaces is ok) and when i try to run pipeline, i have an error: + npm install
bash: npm: command not found In other project this file works fine, but not in second repository.

Is this problem still occurring? It's possible there may have been a temporary issue with the Docker image itself.
