How to edit Ramp Up/Estimate?

Question

I want to start using Capacity Planning in Jira Align.

There is a field in capacity planning report called Ramp Up that allows users to assign certain % of individual capacity to agile ceremonies. I cannot figure out how to adjust this.

It is not available in Sprints where you can edit team capacity. (At least for me.)

Could someone be able to help?

To expand a bit on @Roman Petrunyak's answer above:

* Only a person with admin rights (usually a Super Admin) can change the 'Days in Sprint Minus Ramp' setting (in Administration>Platform>Team, as Roman stated), because it is a universal, platform-wide setting that applies to all teams in all trains/programs in Jira Align.

* There is no way to allow different teams to have different agile ceremony percentage allocations.

Typically, an organization with agile teams on a two-week sprint cadence would set 'Days in Sprint Minus Ramp' to 9 to account for 1/2 day for sprint planning and 1/2 day for iteration review (also known as sprint stakeholder demo) and retrospective.In my experience, the values in 'Days in Sprint Minus Ramp' are normally determined and set during the initial Jira Align configuration process as an outcome of the 2-day Kick-off Sessions.You can see if the ramp has been set, and what is is set to, by going to the Capacity Planning view (TEAM -> MANAGE -> "+Show All" -> Capacity Planning) for any team. If you see a notice at the bottom of the page that reads Days in Sprint After Load Time = 9, then ramp time (agile ceremony time) is set to 1 day. If the notice is not there, then no ramp time has been set.* Alternatively, you can check with your company's Jira Align super admin to determine if the 'Days in Sprint Minus Ramp' setting has been configured.
