Were you able to login to your account? Please, go to id.atlassian.com and try to log in and after that, go to your site xxxxxxx.atlassian.net and try it too.

I would like to confirm if you received the email below because it shows as it was sent:

Have you tried going through the email or directly to the link xxxxxx.atlassian.net?

If possible, try to access using another machine or your cellphone and also incognito window.
