Reduce remaining estimate on parent issue with the time spent on children issue

Hello,

Is it possible (maybe through ScriptRunner Listeners) to automatically adjust the remaining estimate of an issue that is the parent of (via issue links) other issues? I am referring to specifically one issue type (Enabler) that can be the parent of at least one other issue type (Defect).

The enabler should always have a remaining estimate set. The child Defect will get time spent on it. When time is added on the Defect, the remaining estimate of the Enabler would automatically get adjusted (the last time spent on the defect would decrease the remaining estimate of the Enabler).

yes, it's possible

you can create a custom listener for work log on issue and update the parent issue accordingly
