Solution for managing a Daily Roll Call Attendance

Every day my organization has a call in the morning to run through a list of ~30 project managers, where we can bring up critical issues and such. The management of this call rotates among a few people week by week. We have a couple of challenges we would to simplify with some intelligence in Confluence.

1. The Roll Call list is pretty consistent, but we would like to be able to indicate which people in the list should be skipped for that day, depending on PTO and other scheduled activities that prevent that person from attending the call.
2. We would like to be able to have the above list then added to a template page where we capture the call notes for each speaker on the roll call.

@Dan Damon You could use the Task List Macro on a customized meeting minutes template for your Roll Call list. This would add little checkboxes next to individuals names and then when you get on the call and people start calling out "here" or "present", you just check a box next to their name.
