Dropdowns on Screens

Hi,

We are creating a "Submit a Ticket" form/screen for service desk.

My requirement is:

On screen we have many fields like Text Box, drop downs, check boxes and etc.

for one drop down,

Field Name is Testing and Values are Manual & Testing.

If user select Automation value then enable the Automation field with Values of Selenium, Apprium and etc.

again user select Selenium value then enable the selenium field with values of Java, .Net and etc.

How to do this in create screen. Please help us.

Make the testing field of type Cascading Select.

Please go through documents on custom fields - this can be easily achieved.

It will not work with Cascading Style.

If user select Automation Value then Automation filed enable. If user not select any value in Testing filed then nothing on screen.

Ah I see where you are going. You are looking for conditional fields based upon selection. I think you should look at an addon. Maybe something like dynamic-forms-for-jira or a scripting addon like Scriptrunner.
