Is it possible to have estimation for Jira Service Desk tickets?

Hello,

Is it possible to put estimation for Jira Service Desk tickets, like we have in the Jira issues? So you can put estimation how much time you need for that ticket. I searched the internet, but cannot find answer to this question. I'm talking about Jira Service Desk installation on Server, not Cloud.

try to add the field "Time Tracking" to the screens that you want. After this you can see it & use it
