By adding below Workflow Property in Closed status of task workflow, you will be able to allow users in group to edit the issues.

jira.permission.edit.group=jira-administrators

You will need to change the workflow - the "closed" status probably has a workflow property on the step/status that says "editable = false" - you need to change that to a property that names the people or groups that should be allowed to edit the issue while it is in that status.
