Changing Border Color in Page Properties Report

Dear all, can someone help me to change the border color in Page Properties Report?

 

I've tried it via:

.aui.metadata-summary-macro > thead > tr {
border-color: #ffab00 !important;
background-color: #ffffff !important;
}

but it does not change anything.

Have you tried simply with 'border '?¿

Example:

border:4px dotted blue;
