Is there a way to export document with its all children pages?

I am trying to export 500+ documents to .doc files (not PDF) with all children pages like the page tree structure we have on the space. There should be one click on on the parent page for exporting multiple children documents. (not putting all documents into one .doc file) Otherwise exporting one by one is just not possible.

I have tried to look for such an add-on like Scroll Exporter but no luck. Anyone has an idea for this?

To do this you go to Space Tools - Content Tools - Export.

Choose PDF and then choose Custom.

Uncheck All pages and select desired parent page. All children pages will be selected automatically.

Proceed with Export.

By this way, only one PDF file is downloaded, but we need them to be multiple independent documents with their corresponding titles, so that not all contents exist in just one massive file.

And also, we need to export documents in .doc or .docx format. Is there a way to do so?

If you have Space structure with multiple parent pages and that parents (with their child) represent multiple documents and you want at once export that structure so that you'll get multiple pdf files then it's not possible by design. Confluence GUI exports only one file at ones.

Had you considered using the Scroll Export Button macro with Scroll Word Exporter? Using this macro you would be able to define a specific page tree that you wanted to export, define the export scope and also define a template to style the export outcome, and this button could then be added to your required parent page. The resulting export would then be in a .docx file format.

Unfortunately it is very costly, if you want to use Word, PDF and HTML you need to pay almost 3 USD/user extra for standard feature.
