I want to removemost of my repositories. Delete each repository through the site for a long time, but I don’t want to clone them. How to do it fast? They are in the same project, but the project cannot be deleted while it contains repositories.

You won't be able to delete a project until you delete all its repositories or transfer them first.
Alternatively, if you don't want to delete the repos one by one, you could create a script to automate the deletion, you can find the documentation about the Bitbucket Cloud REST API at About Bitbucket Cloud REST API.
