Customize satisfaction survey with multiple questions

And if I want other customizations, such as changing the mail itself/having only 4 stars/changing the text under each star/having smilies instead of stars?

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The satisfaction survey is a good option to get customers’ feedback, but currently, we can only change the Question for the survey.

There are some feature requests suggesting the implementation of more options for customization:

• As an admin I want to be able to add description for star rating
• As an admin I want to be able to edit the Customer Satisfaction email template
• Ability to Add more Columns to Satisfaction report
• Customize the Service Desk satisfaction survey labels
• Customize Satisfaction Feedback wording on every selected rating
• Add the ability to Style the Customer Satisfaction
• Allow customized satisfaction options icons
