i have a User who gets Email Notifications without permission on this Page.

Confluence documentation say: You'll only receive notifications for content that you have permission to view. Users that have been disabled by an administrator will not receive email notifications.
Does do user have permission for the space or is the page restricted and not accesible for the user?
It could be, that a restriction was added after the user watched the page. But that would be strange, I think even a bug...
