If we remove JSD, will it also remove project roles created by JSD from project roles list?

We're planning to remove from JSD from our JIRA instance.
- https://<host>/jira/secure/project/ViewProjectRoles.jspa

Now, I would like to know if those project roles created by JSD will be also removed by JSD itself?

Yes I believe so.  I would test it out on a test system if you can.
