Issue updating problem

Jamil Rahimov

I have some troubles with jira.
When I want to do some transitions it is updating very slowly.
For example I pressed "give an answer" and then it looks like faded:

Note: 1.It doesn't matter which transition I pressed. Problem is the same for all transitions.
2.I check also disk space, memory, cpu I think everything is okay.

I suggest you first of all show us this logs files <jira_home>/log/atlassian-jira.log

it will be easier to diagnose the issue.

Possible solutions

JVM memory issue:

To increase memory, see how here https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver074/increasing-jira-application-memory-881683971.html

Hardware requirements issue :

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/jira-applications-installation-requirements-861253014.html

Best regards,

Moses
