Unable to run bitbucket service

Hi All,

 

I am installing Bitbucket server on Amazon Web Services VM instance. Unable to start bitbucket service after installation. I am unable to find any logs in the installed folder as well. The installation succeeded without any issues. Please help me. 

 

I am able to run the server by executing start-bitbucket.bat after navigating to Atlassian bin folder.

I found the solution. Some how the services are created for LogOn .altixxxx user. So I went to the properties of the service and under LogOn tab I selected Local System user. The service started. Thanks for the help.
